In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of three Brand Designers.
• Responsible for the visual development of the Shiftmove brand and its sub-brands.
• Collaborate closely with the design team and marketing teams in Germany and France.
• Bring the brand to life through animations and visual storytelling.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and workflows.
• Recognize trends and innovative tools to enhance visual identity.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Brand Design or Art Direction.
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand identities, campaigns, and motion design work.
• Proficient in Figma and experience with scalable design systems.
• Passion for motion design, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Structured, team-oriented approach with a desire to coach and inspire others.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
