Shift Collab is seeking a part-time contract Project Manager to oversee complex healthcare implementations, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years in project or program management.
• Direct experience in healthcare implementations is required.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Technical skills with tools like Claude, Miro, Coda, and Zapier preferred.
• University degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Independent work capability after onboarding.
• Organizational skills without rigidity.
• Clear communication across diverse audiences.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
