In Short

• Contribute to the creation of impactful visual designs aligned with the brand’s guidelines.
• Help cultivate and expand a design-driven culture within the organization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements.
• Design and develop visual marketing materials including website graphics and landing pages.
• Work closely with the senior designer to ensure brand consistency.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns.
• Stay on top of industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
• Include a link to your portfolio showcasing your design projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing design, preferably in a tech-savvy or B2B environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital marketing and web design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Solid knowledge of design principles and visual storytelling.
• Experience in creating standout PowerPoint presentations.
• Understanding of marketing concepts and ability to translate strategies into visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and writing skills.
