At Shield, a fast-growing and dynamic tech company in the domain of financial services, we’re looking for a talented and creative Mid-Level Marketing Designer to join our marketing team and make our brand shine away.

In Short

Contribute to the creation of impactful visual designs aligned with the brand’s guidelines.
Help cultivate and expand a design-driven culture within the organization.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements.
Design and develop visual marketing materials including website graphics and landing pages.
Work closely with the senior designer to ensure brand consistency.
Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns.
Stay on top of industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
Include a link to your portfolio showcasing your design projects.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in marketing design, preferably in a tech-savvy or B2B environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital marketing and web design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Solid knowledge of design principles and visual storytelling.
Experience in creating standout PowerPoint presentations.
Understanding of marketing concepts and ability to translate strategies into visuals.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Fluent in English, both verbal and writing skills.
