Overview

The International Director of Government Relations for Europe will lead Shield AI's government relations strategy across European markets, building and maintaining relationships with key government stakeholders, defense ministries, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in government relations in defense technology.
• Extensive knowledge of European defense procurement processes.
• Established relationships with defense ministries and officials.
• Experience with NATO-related defense initiatives.
• Deep understanding of AI and autonomous systems regulations.
• Exceptional diplomatic and negotiation skills.
• Degree in International Relations or related field.
• Fluency in English and one other major European language.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain it.
