Windows System Administrator (m/f/d) - 90% Remote

Overview

This role is for a Windows System Administrator who will primarily work remotely with occasional office visits in Hamburg. The position involves managing Citrix Virtual Apps and performing system administration tasks.

In Short

• Manage and maintain App-V packages
• Support and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
• Conduct troubleshooting and incident analysis
• Handle incidents and service requests
• Implement permission and role concepts
• Write and develop PowerShell scripts
• Document processes and share knowledge within the team

Requirements

• Experience in system administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Terminal Servers and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
• Experience with App-V, ideally also with MSIX
• Proficient in PowerShell
• Experience with ITSM tools like Remedy
• German language proficiency (C1 level) in both spoken and written
• Minimum of 5 years residency in Germany (EU or German citizenship required)
