IT Technician (m/f/d) - Windows Environment - Remote

Overview

The IT Technician will be responsible for the deployment of IT systems and components, handling technical analysis and 2nd level support, and providing training to customers.

Requirements

• Experience in similar IT fields
• Solid knowledge in client/server environments and operating systems
• Basic knowledge in electrical engineering, electronics, and PC/network technology
• Experience in IT support and service desk
• Experience in rollout is desirable
• Structured working method and high reliability
• Very good German language skills
