Lead Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Auditor - Remote

Overview

SGS is looking for a Lead Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Auditor to performs various GHG services for clients in the US & Canada on a contract basis.

In Short

• Perform greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions verifications for clients by performing on-site and off-site audits of their operations, processes, and documentation.
• Maintain paperwork and documentation of audit logs for maintenance of ISO 14065 ANAB accreditation.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in science, environmental, engineering, or relevant discipline.
• 2 years of experience with greenhouse gas (GHG) standards.
• GHG Lead Auditor certificate (ISO 14064-1) is required.
• Fluent in English with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competency in using Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Travels up to 70% of the time, domestically in US and Canada.
• This position is contract only.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, environmental, engineering, or relevant discipline.
• 2 years of experience with greenhouse gas (GHG) standards.
• GHG Lead Auditor certificate (ISO 14064-1).
• Valid US passport and driver’s license.
• Ability to travel and work in Canada (Not Required).
