InfoSec Products Development Manager (ISO/IEC 27001) - Remote

Overview

The InfoSec Products Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the product roadmap for InfoSec services, identifying new product opportunities, and ensuring successful product development and market introduction.

• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new product opportunities.

• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in information security.
• Communicate with clients and partners to gather feedback on existing products.
• Manage the product group budget.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop strategic partnerships.
• Conduct selected services such as audits and training.
• Participate in organizing training, meetings, and conferences.

Requirements

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in information security.
• Knowledge of the latest IT technologies.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301 standards.
• Experience in product development and market introduction.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Category B driving license.
• Certification as a third-party auditor for ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301 is a plus.
• Knowledge of the certification market for management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of German, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is welcome.
