Engineer (m/f/d) for Pressure Equipment and Tanks - Remote

Overview

The job involves independent testing of mobile pressure vessels, tanks, and gas containers, as well as responsibility for customer acquisition and support in the field of hazardous goods tanks and pressure equipment.

In Short

• Independent testing of mobile pressure vessels and tanks.
• Type testing and recurring inspections of pressure equipment.
• Review and auditing of quality assurance systems.
• Preliminary calculations in the area of TPED 2010/35/EU and ADR/RID/IMDG code.
• Point of contact for customers regarding manufacturing, repair, and testing.
• Responsible for sales and results, as well as customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Completed studies, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Ideally, completed training as a welding engineer.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in pressure equipment or plant engineering.
• Detailed knowledge of relevant guidelines and regulations.
• Experience in non-destructive testing methods and customer communication is advantageous.
• Very good German and good English skills, as well as willingness to travel.
