Overview

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about food safety? Do you want to build relationships while being critical? If you have experience in a quality-related role in the food sector and want to work as an auditor, we are looking for you!

In Short

• Independently conduct audits in the food industry.
• Assess whether an organization's quality system meets current standards.
• Perform audits including preliminary research and follow-up visits.
• Provide oral explanations of findings immediately after the audit.
• Communicate with various employees at all levels within a company.
• Write reports of the audits conducted.
• Stay updated on developments regarding food standards.
• Regularly exchange knowledge and practical experience with colleagues.
• Report to the Certification Manager.

Requirements

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Food Technology, Food Quality Management, Food Safety, or similar.
• At least 4 years of work experience in a quality-related role within the food sector.
• Knowledge of microbiologically sensitive products, such as meat, poultry, fish, dairy, or ready meals.
• Experience with food schemes such as BRCGS, IFS, and ISO/FSSC 22000 is a plus.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel to clients throughout the Netherlands.
