Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting within the financial services sector.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Prior experience in Fintech, preferably with cryptocurrencies.
• Strong knowledge of client money regulations and financial reporting.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with executives.
• Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decisions.
• Experience in budgeting and tax compliance.
