• Provide inbound customer service support for client-specific inquiries.
• Assist with account issues, fraud resolution, and general support.

• Background check fee of $30.00, reimbursed in the first paycheck.

Requirements

• Must have a computer with Windows 10 or 11, Intel i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+, 8 GB RAM.
• Hardwired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi).
• USB headset with phone-quality audio.
• Hardwired keyboard and mouse.
• Smartphone for security verification.
• Hardwired telephone may be required for some programs.
• Ability to handle difficult customers and work flexible shifts.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
