Enterprise Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As an Enterprise Product Designer at Session AI, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver best-in-class enterprise software solutions. Leveraging your expertise in UI Design, user experience (UX) design, interaction design, and information architecture, you will create intuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional user interfaces for our enterprise customers. You will champion user-centered design principles, conduct user research, and iterate on designs to ensure seamless user experiences that meet the unique needs of enterprise users.

• User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of enterprise users.
• UX Design: Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Visual Design: Define visual design systems, style guides, and component libraries that maintain brand consistency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Accessibility: Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG and Section 508.
• Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Documentation: Document design specifications, interaction patterns, and design rationale for clear communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for enterprise software.
