Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager is a key role to ensure a great customer and worker experience, responsible for achieving and improving Worker-On-Time arrival, managing customer relationships, and delivering on customer outcomes.

In Short

• Responsible for communicating priorities and processes to audiences experienced in H-2A visa programs.
• Own overall customer relationships, including satisfaction, retention, and upselling efforts.
• Coordinate activities for farmworkers to migrate to the U.S. for work opportunities.
• Handle kickoffs, mid-downstream communication, and post-arrival follow-up.
• Set clear expectations and maintain high engagement across customers.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts.
• Continuously improve Seso’s operative plan with tech tools.
• Identify process improvement opportunities for building systems and automation.
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in project management with technical aptitude.

• Superior communication skills across levels and organizations.
• Demonstrable interest in improving the lives of farmworkers.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferable.
• Fluency in English is required.
