Senior Tax Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking motivated and experienced Senior Tax Analyst who is interested in joining our world class Corporate Tax team. You will be responsible for providing tax provision, compliance and planning support to assist the business in achieving its goals in a tax-efficient manner.

In Short

• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provision workpapers, including ASC 718 and ASC 740 calculations.
• Prepare income tax journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate and review US and state income tax returns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Oversee SOX testing of tax department controls.
• Assist in responding to inquiries from tax authorities.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with functional teams across the organization.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness through collaboration.
• Contribute to ongoing systems improvements and automated tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with multinational corporations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or Master’s in Taxation is a plus.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and experience in tax provision.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of tax software.
• Experience in research and documentation of complex tax issues.
• Familiarity with SAP, Blackline, Microsoft Power BI, and Alteryx is a plus.
• Strong project management skills.
• Self-motivated with strong collaboration skills.
• Effective communication skills.
