Overview

This role is part of the Product Design team at ServiceNow, focusing on creating product experiences that users love, while collaborating closely with engineering and product management.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• BA/BS in Design or related field.
• Experience in the complete product development lifecycle.
• Experience in user experience design.
• 5+ years managing or leading design teams.
• 9+ years in UX or Interaction Design.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Portfolio of work samples.
• Experience with WCAG guidelines is a plus.
