• Drive our performance marketing and develop our Google Ads strategy.
• Work closely with a motivated team and contribute your own ideas.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns to achieve clear OKR goals.
• Continuously optimize our performance marketing activities.
• Design and optimize local campaigns for our nationwide platform.
• Expand the Microsoft Ads account and evaluate additional platforms.
• Implement conversion optimizations in Webflow.
• Utilize Google Analytics for performance analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate on projects outside of paid marketing.
• Support team members and take on ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance marketing focused on Google Ads.
• Proven track record in scaling and optimizing large campaigns.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and other analysis tools.
• Experience with Webflow or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong initiative and desire to take responsibility for projects.
• Adaptability in an agile startup environment.
• Respectful and constructive collaboration with the team.
