Graphic Designer - Remote

Overview

The Graphic Designer plays an essential role in the creation and development of graphics, illustrations, brand images, and digital and print assets for the promotion of SWH's products/services. This position creates and edits visually appealing concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate SWH team members and customers. Responsible for assuring brand consistency across marketing channels.

In Short

• Designs company branding, logos, website pages and elements, presentations, digital and print promotional materials, and other items as directed.
• Develops and designs graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for social media and other digital platforms.
• Works closely with clients or other team members to determine requirements and visions for design elements.
• Creates multiple different versions of digital and print materials for emails, campaigns, and ads.
• Maintains, updates, and creates landing pages for paid ads and campaigns.
• Edits and optimizes graphics based on feedback.
• Ensures branding efficiencies in all products.
• Selects fonts, colors, designs, styles, and layouts for projects.
• Proofreads and inspects finalized materials for errors.
• Ensures projects are completed on time with desired quality of deliverables.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Aptitude for website design, advertising, social media, and creative projects.
• Up-to-date portfolio including examples of both digital and print assets.
• Proficient in design technology (Adobe Suite, Canva, Microsoft).
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Understanding of the latest design trends.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional team members.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to continuous change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
