It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses. The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles while doing commercial deliveries.

• Own the product vision for autonomous delivery on sidewalks.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to evolve robot capabilities.
• Develop a cross-functional roadmap aligning business needs with autonomy advances.
• Mentor teams on how autonomy can deliver value.
• Drive continuous improvement from problem assessment to performance analysis.
• Set requirements for sensor capabilities for future robots.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects for high-impact opportunities.
• Analyze autonomy performance in the field.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Travel domestically and internationally to observe robots.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in Autonomy/Robotics.
• Experience with machine learning, AI, and hardware development.
• Strong communication skills for crafting clear requirements.
• Data analysis skills, including SQL proficiency.
• Technical fluency in robotics and autonomy topics.
• Able to travel for field observations.
