Mid-Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are currently searching for a Mid-Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and help develop exciting game projects from concept to completion.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain fast-turnaround games using Unity (and optionally HTML5).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (artists, designers, and other engineers) to create immersive gaming experiences.
• Take ownership of game development pipelines, from ideation and vision-setting to release.
• Optimize performance and scalability, ensuring smooth user experiences across various devices and platforms.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical challenges effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain thorough documentation of code, processes, and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve game quality and development efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional software engineering or game development experience.
• Proficient in Unity 3D, with a strong track record of building successful games or interactive applications.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to develop and maintain features independently—leading a project from concept to final design.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
