Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

At Serbyte IT, we are looking for two Business Analyst profiles to join our team in Luxembourg: Senior and Intermediate. Both positions offer a hybrid work model with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

In Short

• Lead the gathering, analysis, and modeling of business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Support project planning, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including business requirements and progress reports.
• Participate in testing processes to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are understood and met.
• Monitor and report on project progress and raise any issues or risks that could affect delivery.

Requirements

• Mandatory Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science. If the candidate does not hold a degree or Master’s in the relevant field, at least 7 years of equivalent professional experience will be accepted.
• 7 years of experience in business requirements analysis (gathering and modeling).
• Participation in at least 3 projects in the areas of business requirements, testing, or project management.
• Desirable Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of financial products (loans, capital, guarantees).
• Fluent in English (advanced level). Knowledge of French is a plus.
