Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer / Backend Engineer.
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals.
• Product engineering mindset with a focus on business impact.
• Experience validating assumptions with data.
• Solid knowledge of OOP, clean code, and testing practices.
• Comfortable working in English for communication.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and define problems.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
