Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team, driven by our mission to “Make payments easy, flexible, and accessible for everyone.” You will play a key role in delivering user-centric designs for merchants in our B2B2C ecosystem, working at pace while staying true to our core values of transparency, flexibility, ambition, respect, and collaboration.

• Strong Design Leadership: We need someone with a strong foundation in both UX and visual design.
• Contribute to and expand our design system while maintaining visual coherence across products.
• Experience in the JTBD framework to understand and map out customer needs.
• Independent planning, conducting, and analyzing of user research.
• Uncover deep user insights and validate hypotheses.
• Continuously improve products based on real-world feedback.

• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
