• Analyze and document business requirements for mutual funds processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements.
• Support legacy application migration projects involving Visual Basic 4/6 and Java environments.
• Identify and resolve issues while balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or functional QA within the mutual funds or financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of mutual funds processes and systems.
• Experience with wealth management.
• Proven experience with legacy application migration, particularly involving Visual Basic 4/6 and Java.
• Strong proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CBAP, or similar certification is a plus.
