Overview

Sentral is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable & Treasury Associate to join our team, focusing on vendor compliance, invoice processing, and treasury functions, all while contributing to a people-first culture.

In Short

• Lead vendor compliance and maintain vendor information.
• Handle vendor inquiries and resolve issues.
• Accurately enter and code invoices.
• Assist with accounting policies and procedures.
• Serve as a treasury resource for the accounting department.
• Perform treasury functions including EFTs and online banking.
• Communicate with banking partners regarding accounts.
• Document and optimize accounting processes.
• Train teams on accounting processes.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Accounting or finance degree, or relevant experience.
• 3+ years in real estate accounting.
• Proficiency in Yardi.
• Ability to learn new technologies & software.
• Strong operational & customer service skills.
• High initiative and problem-solving abilities.
