Overview

SentinelOne is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate & Technical Accounting Manager to lead and oversee US and consolidated general ledger accounting, ensuring efficient financial operations and compliance.

In Short

• Lead daily accounting activities and period-end close processes.
• Participate in accounts payable and procurement processes.
• Assist in preparing financial statement fluctuations for management.
• Ensure SOX compliance through control procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
• Support automation of manual accounting processes.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Prepare technical accounting memos for complex transactions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or tech startups.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX controls.
• Proficient in NetSuite and Coupa systems.
• Experience in managing corporate accounting operations.
• Positive attitude and flexibility with priorities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
