• Sign-on Bonus: $7,500 for new grads, $15,000 for experienced nurses

Requirements

• ADN required, BSN or higher preferred
• Current RN license in Virginia or compact multistate
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Clinical knowledge and skills in nursing

• Commitment to evidence-based practice
• Experience in a medical/surgical setting preferred
