Registered Nurse - Endoscopy - Remote

Overview

Sentara Health is currently hiring for an RN to work at Sentara Norfolk General on the Endoscopy Unit, offering a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

In Short

• Full-time position with 36 hours per week.
• Shift start time varies between 6:15 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
• Responsibilities include circulating, scrubbing, preop, and postop.
• On-call required during the week and every 3rd weekend.
• Types of cases: Bronchoscopy, Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, Manometry, Small Bowel Endoscopy, EUS, EBUS.
• Unit completes approximately 15 – 25 patients per day.
• 1 to 2 years of prior RN experience in med/surg is acceptable.
• Endoscopy experience preferred.
• ADN required, BSN or higher preferred.
• RN License in good standing required.

• Minimum of 1 year previous hospital experience required.
• Endoscopy experience preferred.
• ADN required, BSN or higher preferred.
• RN License in good standing.
