Sentara Careplex is hiring a Patient Care Tech (PCT) for the Resource Pool. This role involves providing patient care under the supervision of a professional nurse, supporting admissions and discharges, and ensuring patient safety.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent education.
• Completion of relevant healthcare programs (CNA, NCPCT, etc.).
• Current student in clinical programs or experience as a PCT.
• AHA BLS certification required within 90 days.
• Ability to observe and report patient conditions.
• Must comply with patient safety practices.
• Flexibility for rotating shifts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to patient care and support.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
