The Director of Integrated Marketing is responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive, cross‑channel marketing strategy that connects brand, digital, CRM, content, and media to drive measurable business impact. This role ensures alignment across all marketing touchpoints, leads a robust test‑and‑learn roadmap, and drives operational excellence—including workflow management via Monday.com. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience orchestrating cohesive integrated marketing programs and optimizing them through data, insights, and streamlined workflows.

In Short

  • Create cross‑channel marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and loyalty across the full customer journey.
  • Partner with all Lines of Business for seamless execution across customer touchpoints.
  • Own annual and quarterly integrated marketing planning.
  • Oversee the organization’s digital experimentation strategy.
  • Establish hypotheses, KPIs, measurement plans, and reporting frameworks.
  • Partner with Analytics/Data Science teams to scale insights.
  • Oversee development and optimization of digital content.
  • Drive personalization strategies for customer engagement.
  • Identify marketing workflows to reduce friction.
  • Own integrated marketing measurement and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Proven success in leading cross‑channel marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and digital optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Monday.com.
  • Experience in integrated marketing operations.
  • Knowledge of marketing platforms and tools.
