In Short

• Conduct thorough investigations into reported cases of identity theft.
• Use multiple systems and databases to gather applicable information.
• Analyze collected data to determine the validity of the claim.
• Collaborate with Fraud Investigation, Credit Resolutions, and Credit Card Disputes teams.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of investigations.
• Make outbound calls to confirm pertinent information.
• Assist with other types of fraud investigation as needed.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of company products and fraud investigation techniques.
• Ability to assess complex situations and identify patterns.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail for accurate data collection and analysis.
• Proficiency in systems including LexisNexis, Sentilink, eOscar, Palinode, and Salesforce.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
