• Responsible for the Quality Control examination of loan reviews.
• Provide real-time feedback to Loan Review Analysts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for loans reviewed.
• Escalate error trends to management.
• Develop understanding of client guidelines.
• Handle escalated client conditions with minimal guidance.
• Assist with loan review system testing.
• Develop subject matter expertise in loan review QC topics.
• Provide guidance on Underwriting Guidelines and Compliance questions.
• Maintain high confidentiality and adhere to internal controls.

Requirements

• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• 3-5 years mortgage underwriting and quality control experience.
• Strong understanding of condition clearing processes.
• Ability to analyze results and take corrective actions.
• Developing leadership skills and team player effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
