Requirements

• 1+ year of success in a Layer-1/Layer-2 or technical DeFi project.
• 4+ years in technical marketing or developer relations.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating technical content for developers.
• Proven ability to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Familiarity with Web3 development tools.
• Data-driven approach to marketing.
• Strong project management skills.
