In Short

• Upload part numbers for assigned vehicle families into corporate data systems.
• Process documentation on changes or modifications to components from assigned vehicle families.
• Process work orders for laboratories/workshops according to tests defined by Product Engineer.
• Request and submit purchase orders for Prototype parts acquisition.
• Create documentation for component’s functional testing in assembly plants.
• Coordinate parts shipping between supplier and assembly plant.
• Release temporary or definitive approvals for part validation.
• Gather documentation regarding analysis and solving of functional and durability failures.
• Lead release and approval of part development with suppliers.
• Attend training and development plan to acquire required abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• 1-3 years experience in manufacturing industry or administrative project management.
• Basic knowledge in automotive vehicles and systems.
• Knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management and Project Management.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in basic software suites (Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
• Advanced English proficiency.
