Segula Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Aerospace Recruiter to assist in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various aerospace roles, contributing to the staffing needs of clients efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in recruitment in the automotive or aerospace industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with job boards and social media for recruiting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Basic knowledge of aerospace roles and technical skills.
• Fluent in English.
