We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable B2B Sales Financial Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to business clients, primarily dealerships and agencies, to offer tailored refinancing solutions.

• Contact and engage potential business clients from a CRM database.
• Educate dealerships and agencies on loan refinancing options and financial products.
• Assess business client needs and provide customized financing solutions.
• Overcome objections and effectively communicate the benefits of refinancing for businesses.
• Identify key decision-makers within businesses and build strategic relationships.
• Transfer interested leads to the appropriate department for final processing.
• Maintain detailed records of business client interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed B2B sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B financial sales, lending, or a related field.
• Understanding of commercial loan structures, interest rates, and refinancing.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with business clients.
• Ability to work with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
