UX Designer (Product) - Remote

In Short

• Work collaboratively with product managers from concept to completion
• Own the end-to-end design across multiple features and projects
• Present product design ideas and prototypes to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
• Work closely with the Dev team from ideation to production
• Coordinate with other design team members for consistent communication
• Contribute to and maintain the company’s design system
• Identify new product improvement opportunities
• Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and market conditions

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience as a UX/UI Designer
• A portfolio showcasing examples of product design work across web and mobile platforms
• Hands-on experience working with development teams from staging to production
• Working experience with Figma – MUST
• Extremely detail-oriented with a pixel-perfect approach to design
• Ability to quickly and accurately turn around projects under tight timelines
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to receive feedback
• Strong English communication skills – written and verbal
• Experience designing for AI-powered products or tools – an advantage
• Prior experience designing for financial tools – an advantage
• Experience leveraging research and data to inform design decisions
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS – an advantage
