UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, beautiful, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance our product experience. This role combines user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design to create experiences that delight users and drive business results.

In Short

• Collaborate with product owners and product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs and translate them into elegant design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, UI style guides, and brand consistency across platforms.
• Present and communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and development teams.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or similar roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI design work across platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates into development is a plus.
