In Short

• Establish first contact with project founders and stakeholders in the blockchain ecosystem.
• Identify promising teams and innovative projects.
• Craft and send engaging outreach messages across multiple channels.
• Maintain structured communication logs for internal visibility.
• Collaborate with Market Research and Strategy teams.
• Support relationship building and transition leads into internal pipelines.
• Stay informed on crypto market trends and protocol upgrades.
• Engage with the crypto community as an active participant.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Work asynchronously within a distributed team.

Requirements

• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Minimum of 6 months of exposure to crypto markets or communities.
• Ability to distill complex concepts into engaging messages.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Preferred experience in outreach, communications, or community-building.
