KOL Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KOL Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding web2 and web3 gaming content creators, managing campaigns for/with them, as well as onboarding crypto KOLs. This role requires a deep understanding of the web3 landscape and a proven track record of working in this space.

In Short

• Always look for and onboard web2 and web3 gaming content creators, fostering strong relationships.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including ideation, negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.
• Identify and onboard crypto KOLs to expand our network and reach within the crypto community.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web3 marketing and influencer relations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including marketing and content managers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in web3, preferably in a similar role involving influencer management and campaign execution.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• Existing network within the web3 and gaming communities is a significant advantage.
• Passion for gaming and crypto is a plus.
