KYC Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in the area of identification / KYC (Know Your Customer) to carefully examine facts and documents.

In Short

• Verify submitted documents according to money laundering laws.
• Identify the beneficial owner based on available documents and additional research.
• Conduct screenings (PEP, Sanctions, Adverse Media) and background checks.
• Check documents for completeness and plausibility.
• Review new and existing business partners regarding KYC obligations.
• Create and maintain master data.
• Independently clarify open questions during the identification process.
• Be a point of contact for colleagues regarding the identification process.

Requirements

• Commercial training or relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge in CDD, AML, and KYC.
• Comfortable using new programs and open to technical solutions.
• Work diligently, carefully, and independently.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
