Overview

The Quality Assurance Trainer will ensure compliance and adherence to functional needs assessment processes while providing training and technical assistance to field staff statewide.

In Short

  • Provide training and development for assessors.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Conduct qualitative reviews of case managers' practices.
  • Provide consultative advice on assessments and planning.
  • Compile and analyze data for continuous improvement.
  • Requires travel across the state for training and assessments.
  • Work primarily at an alternate location with quarterly in-person meetings.
  • Support a diverse and inclusive community.
  • Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Four years of administrative research experience.
  • Two years must be above technical support level.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Experience as an Oregon Needs Assessment (ONA) assessor.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under competing deadlines.
  • Attention to detail in documentation.
  • Bilingual candidates preferred.
