In Short

• Support selection, application, and testing of components for spacecraft electronics.
• Maintain Bills of Material (BOM) for electronic components.
• Generate Non-Standard Part Approval Requests (NSPAR).
• Develop component qualification and up-screening requirements.
• Perform pre-cap source inspections at supplier facilities.
• Review component test data and physical analysis results.
• Communicate effectively with management and suppliers.
• Support project design reviews.
• Create and maintain part numbers and datasheets in an ERP system.
• Travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years of EEE Parts Engineering experience in Aerospace or regulated fields.
• Knowledge of Military Performance Specifications.
• Effective communication skills with remote team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with EEE pre-cap inspections or part construction analyses.
• Ability to evaluate non-conforming EEE Parts for reliability.
