In Short

• Work across several services/codebases using preferred technology stack: Elixir/Phoenix, LiveView, React.
• Deliver full stack products that customers use directly.
• Develop, scale, and optimize REST and gRPC APIs.
• Solve complex technical problems while delivering clean code.
• Improve observability for features deployed to production.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers on new features.
• Provide mentorship to other developers.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in computer science with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Excellent communication skills and technical writing abilities.
• Security-first mindset with familiarity in OAuth2 and OWASP.
• Passionate about clean code architecture.
• Diligent in delivering well-tested features.
• Experience with modern web frameworks and APIs.
• Experience with Git workflow.
• Strong grasp of relational data models; PostgreSQL preferred.
• Interest in designing and optimizing distributed systems.
• Drive for finding simple solutions to complex problems.
