In Short

• Collaborate with engineering, product and business teams to align on strategic direction and ensure seamless execution of product and technical initiatives.
• Develop and maintain deep awareness of the business and technical landscape to lead and drive strategy for complex technical initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of TPMs across multiple teams, providing guidance on best practices and career development.
• Act as a player-coach by leading and collaborating with your TPMs to build and refine impactful roadmaps.
• Foster a culture of data-driven innovation by identifying opportunities to improve system performance.
• Effectively communicate progress, risks and opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management in a technical environment.
• At least 1+ years of experience in managing and mentoring junior PMs/TPMs.
• Background in Computer Science, Business, IT, or related field.
• Strong technical background with enterprise systems design and software development processes.
• Strong proficiency in understanding complex technical challenges and making data-driven decisions.
• Must be proficient in using Datadog and other technical tools.
• Must be a self-starter, a team player, and capable of operating autonomously.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making and influencing capabilities.
• Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively with Senior and Executive leadership.
