• Support marketing and social initiatives across digital products.
• Develop creative assets for promotions and brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX, and product teams.
• Regular weekend work scheduled from Thursday through Monday.
• Produce assets for various marketing channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design work.
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends in sports and casino marketing.
• Attend team meetings and report project statuses.
• Complete other creative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in digital media.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.).
• Knowledge of design principles and social media platforms.
• Strong writing skills and ability to express ideas clearly.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design case studies.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Passion for sports and gaming is essential.
• Rive knowledge is a plus.
