The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in the design and production of visual materials that adhere to the organization’s branding guidelines and objectives, providing an opportunity to work under the guidance of the Graphic Design Lead.

In Short

Work closely with the Graphic Design Lead and other designers.
Collaborate with panel functions and stakeholders.
Assist in ensuring design materials follow branding guidelines.
Help design marketing collateral that aligns with organizational goals.
Provide input to enhance user journey and usability.
Work on diverse projects including marketing collateral and web graphics.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Degree in design or related field preferred.
Fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills.
1-4 years of graphic/visual design experience.
Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms.
Understanding of HTML/CSS and content management systems is a plus.
Awareness of digital design, UI, and UX principles.
Knowledge of video editing and motion design is preferred.
