Financial Assistant Trainee - Remote

Overview

We are seeking to hire a financial assistant who will support our financial department in budget analysis, reporting, and managing relationships with partners and suppliers.

In Short

• Collect and enter data for financial reports.
• Assist in creating budgets and analyze actuals vs budget.
• Manage data, records, and reports for accuracy.
• Create and update cost and sales analysis reports.
• Track accounts payable and follow up with suppliers.
• Prepare and control accruals and deferrals.
• Suggest improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow financial policies and procedures.
• Provide information to internal and external entities.
• Assist with audits as necessary.

Requirements

• Student/Recent Graduate/Masters student preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive attitude and good communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
