Overview

We are looking for a disciplined and reliable person for our German-speaking customer support.

In Short

• Responding to customer inquiries via email & chat using Intercom
• Clear, fast communication in written German
• Utilizing ChatGPT or similar tools to optimize texts
• Collaboration with the internal team on special cases
• Accurate, error-free work in daily operations

Requirements

• At least German B1, preferably B2 or higher (written)
• Experience in support (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk or other tools)
• Affinity for AI: Regular use of ChatGPT or similar tools
• High discipline, stable work ethic, no excuses
• Fixed working hours Monday to Friday (German office hours)
• Weekend work optional upon agreement
