• Leverage data to measure, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Implement and manage tracking tools to monitor performance and experiment impact.
• Deliver regular performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally within D2C healthcare businesses.
• Proven success in running marketing experiments that drive revenue growth while managing CAC targets.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with engagement tools (email marketing, CRO tools, paid media platforms).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
